    A WPL 1:5 scrip offer would be of some interest because of CGT considerations, and ongoing dividends and growth ... but its not high enough! But BG couldn't do this ... so it would be a cash offer.

    I have been expecting a takeover move for several years and so far nothing .. so I'm not counting on it at all ... and would rather HDR stayed independent.
