I have spoken to a QC about multinicking in the past if the multinicking is done by the same person it is not fraud.
Unless money or a transaction of some sort of payment is involved. Then it may become a matter of deceit or deceiption which may involve the appropriate. authorities.
Ie if multinicking was not allowed People could only have one email address and no other. Eg Bigpond and no hotmail or work email address.
A QC may be wrong as i know there are people that are on hot copper that know everything.
