excuse my ignorance not quite up with all this but what do you mean, is multinicking when someone has more than one log on name ?
if so i agree totally that it should be banned, and i guess it probably is fraud if they use it to falsely get other people to think or act a certain way. I have been very sceptical of some posters who always seem to pop up after each other with similar IP addresses.
for this reason i have looked a little into IP addresses but can't really get my head around it. i am aware you can change them but surely there is some computer somewhere that makes simple work of this stuff and can track it easy.
ASIC should be right onto this stuff, the amount of funds they are bascially regulating ecah day, millions and billions in trades, surely they could afford some sort of technology for this.
