Dont know why ppl are so excited about this deal, PB is good at announcing MOUs but his execution skill is certainly lacking.....If you are not a long long time holder, please read this..linc signed a MOU with a chinese company to codevelop UCG back in 2008...(have we seen any progress since then?)

then again we have the viewnam deal which was a big thing when it was announced but overtime it was watered down...and how many ppl here do still remember it?

btw in the pdf file above it says that there are only 5 chinese companies that is permitted to generate power is our new so called parter one of them?
