Hey CEOchair I read the report regarding the pros and cons of the deal and at first pass it looked complicated, messy and conditional. Despite having five offer changes and reasonable support, at the end of the day the board couldn't come around to doing the deal citing the above and associated risks. Not sure whether HE would be a right fit for us. Any offer should be without schemes and be nice and clean.
