Positives for me:
MYER maintains/increase revenues - top line still there
Decided not to proceed with new Greenhills store - start to control costs
Poor profit outlook. This is actually good news for me as the new CEO has set the bar low and this will reduce the opportunity for shorters. Myer has not managed market expectations well to date IMO creating an opportunity for shorting of the SP.
Consumer sentiment is still the big issue which store renovations/new technology cannot change. If this picks up then Myer is still well positioned IMO.
