@pat You're right and its extremely relevant to us ordinary holders they're required to but there is considerable non-compliance as regards this , all sorts of way's around it seems . An article which explains how a lot of sneaky ( directors) find their way around laws that are meant to protect us ordinary holders , reason I always add not that I'm aware of anyway when it comes to directors buys or sells ( how do we really know) so much for Aust. Securities (they're a joke for good reason) " Director Share Trading-Australian Institute Of Company Directors " Who knows if our directors bought or sold recently , pretty ordinary isn't it .
