Frog in the well and long term investors.
Imagine a frog in the field bouncing around.Life is good.
It is raining. Sunbalso comes out in between.It can go into the pond and then come out when ever it wants. There are no limits.One day that frog falls into the well.
It is dark. How so ever high it may jump ,it just falls back into the well.
Time passes . Days and nights.
All efforts have failed.
Now frog even does not rememeber there is a big beautiful wide world out side.
It spends rest of its life there and
one day dies in the dark well itself.
This fits very well witha long term invetors psychology who has bought higher
and then one day the stock crashes due to unforeseen developments
and the investors sinks with it into the well and after months and some times years forgets that this used to be a great company with great future and accepts that this company will never ever come up.
Investor sells out.
Then U all know what happens.
See good companies may hit a rough patch for some time which may run even into years but one should not forget their past and also onthe developments that are happening and showing signs of dawn the dark bottom of the well.
There are signs of life.
There is light. It will be dawn i think. Time to get out of frog in the well conditioning
and remember that it used to sell above 2 dollars
and it wont take long to make new all time highs and sun can be v v hot again.
