@pat agree no time for pretty much all Mayne's board of directors they've failed us share holders completely miserably in just about every way possible , alienated themselves etc , etc . But not so sure about BM Australia's biggest publican owning operating about 35 hotels/pubs he is without doubt very much aware of the importance of leadership and building good relationships with customers ( shareholders) everything we see lacking in Mayne , poor leadership ( according to many shareholders plus employees ) most share holders feeling alienated , etc , etc . Realise he may well have simply been averaging down with last couple of buy's from his initial .65 but no matter but it didn't go unnoticed by the financial market and indicated a degree of confidence , saw that as support and self interest . BM met Corbett Woolworths CEO (then) and a business relationship developed . I cannot see BM passively sitting back seeing Mayne's share price plummet , confidence , reputation in the financial market damaged , very real possibility dropping out of the ASX200 and not trying to fix whatever's wrong with Mayne ( far too many excuses ). Cannot agree more we as a whole we have terrible management which needs an major overhaul at the appropriate time . IMHO
