@patrick my post 25/4 "Director Share Trading Australia Institute Of Company Directors " article makes it abundantly clear how sneaky directors can get around things that are meant to protect ordinary share holders that know zero about things that insiders know about and one of the warning signs is if directors are selling , could be any number of reasons yes but we still have every right to know . So much for Aust. Securities they're a disgrace .
