Their influence over Board is overwhelming.
These are the reasons some Analysts are asking the same question. Why No Heads have
Rolled in last couple of years. Things will just
stay the same if Senior Management and Board
remain the same. Why wouldn’t they. Both BM and RG are capable CEOs but that is Not
their position . Mayne Pharma is part time to
them. Where as SR is not a capable CEO that is
not his training and background. He I would assume is being mentored by the 2 above. They can both afford to await and use their Privileged
position to profit when it suits. SR on the other
hand is on a very good wicket Salary wise and
almost 30m shares. He is well taken care of.
They have been involved for the last Decade.
The Retail Shareholders unfortunately enjoy
none of these privileges or opportunities.
Basically from my observation Scott being a long time Pharma man probably Sales
Representative with FH Faulding good at his job
Had Company training grew with it left went
o/seas gained experience with other Pharma
companies. Well Done Scott! Good on you
Unfortunately now Mayne is now in USA .
How many Aussie Companies in the past
have tried and failed with a lot smarter people
than Mr Richards. The entire Senior Leadership
of Mayne needs replacing. Including Board.
This will attract Quality Institutional Supporters
Better Opportunity for Shareholders and then back into ASX 200 and 100.
