I think of it as a potential double whammy effect as
there’s no confidence in the company and for good reason.
Myring should make strong profits should it get
approved in a timely fashion. If it comes in over the next couple
of months then it’s game on. Another company getting approval
next and further delays then all eggs are in the E4 basket for
some time next year. Approval equals confidence that meaningful
approvals will keep coming and that they can negotiate complex
processes in order to get them. Investors get tired of being patient
and wondering whether they have parked their hard earned in the
right parking lot, something that perhaps SR just doesn’t realise. It
doesn’t cost anything to reassure the market, just keep them in the
loop to instill confidence with announcements about what they’re doing.
