Fair value of 37 cents makes complete sense. All MYX has as a plan is the possibility of things improving based on FDA approvals that may happen at a future date. If the company had shown any ability to turn potential into profit at any stage over the past 5 years this may be a valid argument but the results don't lie.

During this time we've seen constant write downs of Goodwill from acquisitions and declining revenue. The approvals pipeline remains exactly that - a pipeline. The only approvals and new products to market have apparently been so insignificant that the investor relations department didn't even bother making an announcement.

A company has to earn the right to have possible future income accounted for in the SP valuation. MYX has not earned that right and its track record suggests that even with an approval they may still balls it up. I just hope we get an approval so I can exit this stock.
