Hi Pat. Had a conversation with Lisa Pendelbury on friday morning. To her credit she was open with me when i pointed out that my holding was larger than some of the board members! and SH are disappointed with finding out FDA approvals from third party sources, instead of a non-price sensitive announcement through ASX.Her response was ASX listing rules only require an announcement if it economically impacts the company.!Well if you're not going to make a dollar out of it,why do it! I outlined to her that an announcement through ASX lets shareholders no that MYX is capable of putting together products which the FDA approves and builds confidence for future approvals and future investors.I honestly think SR has neither the contacts or the business wherewithal to get this thing over the line.
In all honesty they have absolutely no clue as to a due date when E4 or MYRING will gain approval. The FDA answers to the FDA. The only way we'll no somethings up is positive price action for no apparent reason and big volumes. Until then the price will drift. The only positive i can see atm is the shorters are rapidly declining , which in itself could be the sign that something may be due soon.
