DDD if they raise capital to double fund
the Teva debacle there will be an en mass
projectile vomit from LTSH’s when the
expected dream suddenly flips into a
nightmare scenario. Most longs are so
heavily under water they can’t afford to
participate in a CR and they also can’t
afford not to due to dilution. Instos are
probably waiting in the wings for a CR
as was raised by Stephen Mayne at last
year’s AGM. They denied it back then but
who knows what they’re thinking now. Shorts
are covering but they are not being burnt as
retails had been cheering for on the side
lines.....
If E4 and Myring are such terrific value
then why is the SP languishing in the 30’s?
Two dollars, five dollars, get on board the
train before it leaves the station, load up the
truck, get ready for the rocket to take off. I mean
seriously. Management is a joke. They’ve promised
SH’s wealth creation and they’ve presided over
SH wealth destruction. Nothing suggests in the SP
that E4/Myring will do anything other than put more
upfront money in Mithra SH’s pockets. Share prices
are forward looking and this is what the market thinks
of Mayne’s value and plan. Should Myring get approved
I suspect a pump and dump. This thing still reminds me
of the SGH debacle, now 95% owned by private equity.
