DCF using current free cash and a 5% growth rate is 30c. Its fairly valued. If you increase it to 10% you get 40c. If you increase it to 20% you get 70c. The fact it's actually grown at negative 4% for 3 years means its 18c. On an EPS calculation its 4.3c. If growth returns at 10% EPS annually its 28.8c. That means those FDA approvals need to add a whole lot more profitable revenue and get converted to a massive turnaround in EPS. The 6 year Revenue CAGR is +26% while net profit CAGR is -18%. What is the point of adding massive amounts of loss making revenue. The operating Margin is -28%, ROCE is -8.4% and Return on Assets is-15% and ROE is -9%. Sales growth is -9%. Every single investment metric in the last 3 years is negative. So losing sales YoY and what sales they are adding is not profitable and margin is being slaughtered YoY. The industry has massive structural headwinds and they have no scale to compete with the major players. Just because the price looks cheap doesnt mean its good value. Just because there's a possibility of an FDA win in 12 months also doesn't means its value... that's gambling. Worst share I ever bought. Waiting for some level of uptick and then out to better quality companies
