Hey Patric - a couple of new directors won't do it. Adding two newbies is just shuffling the deck chairs on the Titanic. If you only change out two, the dominant themes of personal enrichment at the expense of shareholders will continue. Chuck the lot out and start again. Doing a renovation is far more painful, expensive and time consuming. The better way forward is to bring in the bulldozers and build fresh from the ground up!!! Start a movement - eat a prune! DDD
