aruc , I can understand your logic by
looking at bottom line results. I don’t pretend
to enjoy my continual criticism of Board.and
CEO. I must disagree with you regarding years
to turn around. 95% of staff at Mayne are
probably oK. Doing their job well to best of
their ability. The B.O.D. and CEO with Nepotism flooding Senior Executives all
if long-standing brotherhood that is my concern.
Their control and influence to the detriment
of shareholders has become all to obvious.
The bulk of Bottom line losses in recent years
has been writedowns of Teva acquisitions.
Why it was only last year Richards was spruking
8 product approvals in past year. We’re Forthcoming. We heard no more . Why ??
Obviously they ceased GX Approvals because
they were not profitable. The overhead Scientific
RandD and approvals are tremendously costly.
This type of leadership has been happening
for years under Richards.He has surrounded
himself with past friends and associates, people
who are average but loyal and beholdn to him.
The current Board and Senior management
have been well cared for by Mayne. Believe
Me. A New Broom with authority could turn
this Company around in quick time. The ingredients and front line staff are there. Just
get rid of current leadership.
