They overpaid for a bunch of crap assets. Their failure to do due diligence was unforgiveable. Management and the Board have sat at the trough and helped themselves to lots of shareholder loot. They should all resign for being so hopeless. Out of their depth and floundering. The $2.00 valuation was based on BS stock values that were subsequently written off. A more realistic target is 50c. I would not invest in this bag of bones - there are plenty of other dogs in the dish lickers race with better prospects. DDD
