Appointment of an American as Chairman
although a few years late is a positive step
in the right direction. Should an American
CEO replace Scott Richards Mayne Pharma
would become a truly successful Pharmaceutical. The CEO is obviously of far
more influence and importance than Chairman.

treating MP like their own private Company
must be halted. It is imperative Richards
position is removed. This Company is for the
benefit of all Shareholders not the chosen few..
