They've bought a token amount of shares on hefty salaries, big deal. I'd be guessing that people on H.C. would have bought far more and would have paid far higher prices.
A valuation of 3-5c?
Do you know how much money it would need to make after all the loans, royalties, share options etc., to give it that sort of valuation?
