Uncertain times but I do have a feeling that banks will sit in a range for this financial year.
Good time indeed to accumulate - SP should be going up a lot more in 12 months time. Sub $20 will look very cheap. No need to stress over the current SP anyway.
Banks are an excellent long term investment - and repay investors over a longer time span.
