From memory NHC has some convertible note type arrangement? I had a look at BCBs quarterly and I'm not sure but I think they may need to raise again to pay the royalties owed to the state government for prior production Certainly they have a significant interest in an a probable 2 to 3mtpa saleable met coal company, even a high cost producer
