yes 100 m warrants held by nhc to bowen. i don’t understand the logic of using a pe to value a coal company or to compare a coal company. these are stand alone businesses in my view all to do with cost to produce and quality of coal. i find comfort that nhc has sol. nhc appeals to me as a disciplined operational executer. this comes with a small premium. i think sol will want this to remain the case over its life of mine and keep dividends flowing. that’s all rest comes down to thermal. i think the picture is becoming clearer that we aren’t going green as fast as politicians promise. the demand is growing as tech demands. still a bright future and as the money says the disrupter might be a carbon capture solution.
