So you think a company with full year EPS of at least 60c, on a multiple of ~8 times is overvalued (when, capex is at its highest, and production will increase materially over the next couple of years)
Thats fine, if there are other companies on lower multiples with zero debt balance sheets i would be happy to have a look. I couldnt find any. NHC probably has the most reliable chairman of any company i have ever seen in my life, so theres that too.
