I have read such a wide range of news and opinion over the years about the acceptance of Net Zero by Western Governments and their reliance on China for the delivery of most of the needed renewable technology . All the time being told that we all need to be doing the right thing . I don't necessarily believe half of it As time goes by I do get the feeling that maybe China has created a home grown renewable industry for the sole purpose of weaning itself off Expensive Imported Oil and replacing it with Electricity generated from cheap Coal . Not a care in the world for the environment . The development of that tech has largely been paid for through trade with us western suckers A case in point is the huge railway line they built in recent times to cart 200m t / yr from Mongolia .
