Look it is a significant decrease on last year (with $252m 1H 24), but say NHC get 500m NPAT eofy, 3.84b co, it is still around a 7.7 PE ratio. Which is considered good for an ASX200 stock, and really good if it was on the NYSE....
Neither WHC, NHC, SMR or YAL are overvalued imo, considering how much money they can make relative to their marketcap, especially with lower prices.
