Maybe. I do believe that BIT would have the preliminary results in any case - They have basically stated that anyway.
I actually do believe they have the results in - they probably have asked the labs to do some follow up analysis which technically restarts the clock I guess.
They are not obliged to release the results - BUT, they have said they would release these to the market nd, as such, they would be considered materially cost sensitive after advising they would.
