    Correct. The final report is more likely not received.

    However, technically, you can't undertake analysis - or "post trial activities" - if you don't have the preliminary results to do the actual analysis on.

    It is also NOT prudent to release a preliminary report to the market - a whole lot of risks involved with doing that.
