You might be better looking at this quote from Dec 14 which seems to suggest that they are performing "analysis of the data from the three trials". You can't finalize something if you haven't started it and you can't start it if you haven't got the data in the first place. The mysteries of Biotron's use of the English language will however remain a point of debate. This quote does however make me question my own assumption as to where the data is.
