Personally, I 100% agree if we had a dud hand, we'd already know. I can't help but take the swimming duck analogy - where we're seeing nothing but there is so much going on in the background. Even if we take it more personal - we all know how easy it is to commit to buy a home, but all the work to do paperwork before, during and even to some extent after is the painful part.
Yes, I'm a glass half full person - and I hope for all of us we find out the full story soon.
