    I thought reconsidering a sale as current conditions are more advantageous to FKP is good news. Gasometer seems to be a ripper development with the BOQ news for stage 2. It would be nice to see less debt, but with FKP valuation being suspect and on the low side, we should be happy.

    Why don't they reinstate the DRP? This non sale could be a good excuse.
