have some sour grapes as i lost a lot of money on these guys a few years back. The directors are in the news a lot in the west with some of their other ventures which pay a lot of directors fees and do little else.
i note that one of the waterfront properties washed away over the weekend, well they lost their front lawn!
the good news has also been leaking for some time now
my short term call is downward. property market is peaking, company leaks and management, imo are not trustworthy
