Yes the whole development is very busy building new houses and villas , have not seen so many trades people working in one area for some time , But no appeal to me after owning a beach house a bit further south, this part of the coastline can have some pretty strong winds that never seem to abate , also the lacking infrastructure at this present time,
So picked up a small 3/B townhouse on a canal in The Quays for $366,000(a bargain ) within easy walking distance to Mandurah central, could see the electric train in 5 years
