Definitely agree. They are to be watched closely for any movement. To date they have been on top of things, but I fear that they may have over stretched on this occasion and might end up shooting themselves in the foot.

They have to get these 10,526,316 shares into the system at a price above 1.5 cents to make a profit. I suspect that they are working on this as we speak if not completed by now.
EECP have to pick up another $1,051,000 worth of shares at say 1.4 c per share. That will be approximately 75 million shares. A lot of shares to churn.
All this has to happen by 19 April 2024.
On top of this there is the $5 million Unused Finance Facility, unused as of 30 September 2023, and the conditions of which I am unable to ascertain.
The 30 December 2023 Appendix 5B should be a revelation. All IMO.
