Federal first. Still plenty of State approvals required just for Stage 1 Commercial demonstration. The whole approval process starts again for the Urea plant if and when the Commercial demo is proved successful.
It has now been approximately 5 years since first gas from the Pre Commercial Demonstration.
I still strongly believe that this project will never get up and expect NRZ (or a new entity) to pivot away from the Leigh Creek UCG project before EOF.
