Lyndhurst [population about 25] has had town water for a long time. The pipeline used to run through the mine area, but with the closure, access to the site to inspect and maintain the pipe was becoming problematic, so SA Water took the decision to reroute the pipe alongside the highway. Don't even ask why they just don't tanker the water in for 25 people. Governments are not logical.
Neurizer plans to use [reverse osmosis purified, drinking quality] water purchased from SA Water for all their Stage One operations for things like dust mitigation and pollutant scrubbing.
