Leg n i been around for many many years n still just lck team on high wages and nothing to show for it just billion of shares added. The issue was Chinese investment took a big part of lck at the beginning. Lck was hoping to get funds from china to fund this project. Then codvic happen n china n scot Morris put bad term with each country which led to like this. Hey tony look i cant give billion of dollars for this maybe when each country on better terms but now china is running out of money big time the likelihood of china ever going fund this will never happen.

so most likely it be another country US or Indian maybe japan but who knows. Too much cash burn n too much $$$ to start only way is South Australian government steps in...
