Anyone who has actually read all of NRZ's submission, including every attachment, will know two things:
1. You need half a day to read it, there are hundreds of pages just thrown in there without any regard for sense or sensibility. At one point I found myself trying to decipher unannotated, raw data records of water bore holes.
2. Much of what was in the submission, usually buried in the Attachments, is actually far more relevant to Stage 2 than Stage 1.
Just my own opinion, but it is highly likely that DCCEEW will find that Stage 1 is so closely connected to Stage 2 that it'll be a s74A decision.
Another own goal for NRZ Management and Board.

I have not walked back from my opinion that overseas domiciled shareholders, including the two largest shareholders, will be unable to take up the current rights issue, as per the prospectus. Another spectacular own goal.
