    Hi Lefevre,

    Every company is a potential take over target, the question is does it provide value to the buyer.
    Just because a company operates in a high growth space, doesn't mean it is worth more/less.
    I think that there is value for the Telco's to buy NTC, and integrate their project pipeline with their own, however I don't think they will readily overpay unless there is some IP/patents that will give them a competitive advantage over other telcos / integrators / operators in M2M.
