Too late for that Renesanomoly - I heard you.
.... not really. It was OC Funds that drew my attention to this company on the weekend when I was looking for a distraction.
Nitro was mentioned in the OC Funds September update.
(OC is a well-reputed fund manager who bought into the IPO according to an earlier update)

Nitro Software (NTO, +87.8%) rallied consistently throughout the quarter following the release of its second quarter update and a half year result which showed that key operating metrics including annual recurring revenue (ARR) and cash receipts remain in-line or above the company’s prospectus forecast. The ARR of US$20.2m came in ahead of consensus forecasts driven by expansion from existing customers, migration from perpetual licences and growth in new logos. There appears to be little negative COVID-19 impact on the business; to the contrary NTO management reported the business has seen “new and urgent demand” in document productivity and eSigning capabilities as customers seek solutions for rapid digitisation to enable remote working productivity. NTO signed up more than 10,000 new licences in the last quarter including several new enterprise customers. We remain comfortable holders of this high growth technology stock despite the strong share price rally from depressed levels early in the COVID-19 pandemic.
To share some more links/thoughts; I note that on Friday Regal announced a second reduction in its holding in two weeks? (Down to 10.62% [ref])
As recently as 17/09/20 Regal was acquiring into the ‘dip’ after a ‘20% higher’ than IPO price clause was met enabling the sale of a portion of almost 17M escrowed shares [ref] earlier than the rest ? ( ‘The rest’ being 59% of Nitro or even more which are escrowed until the day of the December 31, 2020 annual report) [Prospectus] ..( Regal almost doubled its holding via this opportunity)
With at least 59% still in escrow and Regal still holding more than 10% there are not a lot of aimless shares wandering about?
To add a bit more, a new CFO is now driving Nitro, on with links to Google;

BlueVine Names Ana Sirbu as Chief Financial Officer
By BlueVine in Press Releases - December 12, 2018 2 min read
BlueVine has named Ana Sirbu as chief financial officer in a management milestone for the fintech leader.
Sirbu became BlueVine’s vice president of finance and capital markets in 2016, helping the online business lender secure more than $200 million in equity and debt financing over the past two years.
“Ana has played a critical role in BlueVine’s growth and success,” company founder and CEO Eyal Lifshitz said. “She has done an incredible job spearheading our capital markets strategy, building out our finance and analytics functions, and strengthening our position in the online business lending market.”
“Ana Sirbu has been instrumental in BlueVine’s impressive rise as one of the most successful fintech startups today,” Tyler Sosin, a partner at Menlo Ventures, a BlueVine investor, said. “I’m sure she will make even more significant contributions to BlueVine’s growth in her new role as CFO.”
In November 2017, Sirbu was named to the Women in Fintech Powerlist, which recognizes the contributions of women professionals in the rapidly-expanding industry.
A graduate of Harvard University, Sirbu began her career in investment banking on Wall Street. She later was a technology investor at Silver Lake Partners and Google Capital, before joining BlueVine.
Sirbu is a passionate advocate for fintech, which is a sector she has focused on throughout her career.
Sirbu takes on the new role at BlueVine after a solid year for the online business lender.
BlueVine’s total funded volume since founding topped $700 million in 2017.
The company also earned the Best Business Finance Provider in North America award at the 2017 Trade Finance Global Awards.

Ready to Rocket: My Journey to Becoming a Nitronaut
Life at Nitro Nitro News
By Maria Robinson
Chief Marketing Officer - Nitro
share this:
Since my first video chat with Nitro Founder & CEO Sam Chandler, I was inspired by the energy and passion of Nitro’s team. Sam shared the entrepreneurial story of founding Nitro in 2005, and the incredible journey of twists, turns, and determination that led Nitro to become a public company on the ASX this past December.
From PDF replacement, then eSigning, to this next leg of the journey propelled by the Nitro Productivity Suite, Nitro continues to put customers at the center of everything.
As a customer-obsessed marketer, I knew I had found my tribe.
Over the course of chatting with the team in San Francisco, Dublin, and Melbourne, I got to know them as people with a deep commitment to one another and to their customers.
We chatted over video calls due to the global pandemic, and it became immediately obvious that all Nitronauts share the same values and have built an amazing culture.
Nitro’s values—High Performance, Be Good, and No Bullshit—align with my own, which means I get to be my authentic self at work every day.
As a Marketing leader, I have had the privilege to serve with incredible teams and leaders, across startups and Fortune 500 corporations, such as Intuit, Citrix, LogMeIn, and Imperva.
When Intuit’s Brad Smith, another CEO I deeply admire, met with the Marketing team, he said you are “Growth Officers.”
That has stuck with me throughout my career journey and became my true north—drive business growth, grow as a professional, and help others grow.
My next mission, starting today as CMO at Nitro, will be as a growth officer who is customer-obsessed, authentic and works with determined, diverse, and kind people.
I am a strong advocate for diversity in the workplace, founding the Imperva Women’s Network, and mentoring early career marketers and will continue this important work by joining Nitro’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Taskforce, Life at Nitro and Nitro Gives.
It is a very exciting time to be a part of the incredible journey at Nitro as there is a solid foundation on which to build and numerous tailwinds giving us momentum.
The future of work is changing rapidly around us and digital transformations are accelerating across organizations around the globe.
By enabling 100% digital document workflows, Nitro helps knowledge workers be more productive in the new reality of work.
From that very first meeting with Sam, I knew that I could get behind giving everyone a better, more productive way to work together.
Nitro empowers users to do their best work and as Nitro’s CMO I will strive to help everyone on the team do the best work of their lives, so our customers can unleash their productivity.
Thank you Nitronauts and Sam for the opportunity to serve and grow with you! Grateful and proud to be a Nitronaut! #nitroproud
Good luck to all the #nitroproud Nitronauts on HC and beyond....
What next?
cheers
