Sonova have bought it, but have a permanent licensing agreeemnt. So 310 million for this entire revenue stream is not really realistic. There will be a permanent recurring royalty, basically sennheiser get a small percent of revenue as profit without any commitment of performing work and no expense. A perfect strategy for a private company focusing on profitability above all else.
