    Let’s say, the recurring royalty is, say 3%. That’s then 200 million or so euro for purchase upfront but then 10 million euro per annum ongoing FOREVER. so it’s actually a fair bit more than the upfront sale price.
    ( I don’t know what the recurring royalty rate will be, it could be much less or much more)
