The SP / MC ($2.65 / $830mil) is ripe for a hostile takeover any moment. If that happens below $4.5 (My average now) I'm screwed...
But that is why Highbury is there...to protect us via Macquarie / NXL...I'm sure a lot is happening behind the scenes
Message Media with similar revenues and EBTDA just got bought out at $1.7bn. (Implying the SP of NXL should at least be double what it is now)
And this was hot off the buyout of A Cloud Guru at $2bn last week
Is NXL next???..
There are no clouds of negativity anymore in the tech sector...a rebound is imminent as reflected in M&A activity all over the world including in good ole Oz...trillions of USDs floating around looking for cheap assets
But hold off price rise I'm arranging a margin loan (instead of selling my home) so I can top up more, just a few more days please...
