Yes, the Spirit is beyond what’s detectable by human instruments—that’s exactly why it’s called spiritual. But absence of physical measurement doesn’t equal absence of existence. You can’t detect love, thought, or imagination with a microscope either, yet you accept those as real.
The Bible has already explained this: “The natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” — 1 Corinthians 2:14
