Whilst there is an emergency meeting, in the sense that a meeting date has been brought forward, it would be wrong to assume that the result will be a cut in production. Amongst other things:
1. there are serious seconomic risks if OPEC reduces production (or more to the point sale) and it will be mindful of those;
2. even if OPEC reduces, there are non OPEC producers who can fill the gap.
Still, I have cheerfully increased my CVN holding.
