Could be about to happen given it is in single digits IMH0.
$8 billion is a bit of a joke for a company as big as ORG.
It could be a multibagger at this SP a and is an absolute steal if Total or Shell or Chevron or BP wanted to have a good undervalued O & G asset IMHO.
