I don't understand this one... It's profitable, cash flow positive (granted it's all from the iron ore business) and yet it's getting killed due to rumors of a CR.
The directors categorically denied having a need for a CR & there has also been director buying to back the company up (24 nov - 100k units @ 79.5c)...
I took that as a sign to load up & have averaged 80c, which now is a fair way under water
I'm expecting a massive re-rating in feb after the release of the results as I believe they will be as mkt expects ( which will IMO be a massive upside surprise as this is being priced like it's another BSL )
Anyone share similar / opposing thoughts?
