the standout in the Phils at the moment would have to be RED. Others such as MML (too expensive!),IRN (needs to sell its principle asset?) and RML (leaching in the tropics-yet to be convinced, rain/typhoons.....). OGC has put the stoppers on their project at Didipio by the look of it. RED's feasibility study should be bankable by now. They better get the final departmental approvals soon as there is an election next year and that makes everything in that country come to a halt.
SBL, I have not followed. One of my colleagues is well versed on Ghana and has World Bank technical accreditation for the country.(He did Idupriem for Titan/Golden Shamrock). ADU was of historical interest but then went nowhere for a couple of years. Africa has picked up on the network for European punters of late. Will have a look at SBL when time permits.
