china's petrol eum industry is controlled by China National Offshore Oil Corp, China National Petroleum Corp, and Sinopec. all of these companies are government owned. anybody else is not allowed by law to sell petrol or petroleum products in china as i understand.
If linc cant establish some kind of relationships with these companies then i see a big question mark in the business
